Hi Everyone ~ Okay... In this episode, I am getting alittle nutty! Check out how cute these little gobble, gobble turkeys are. I am planning on placing them on my Thanksgiving table on everyones plate, but you could easily use them as darling place cards. I love making super easy & super cute decorations for my holiday table. Today's video is apart of my series "Use It or Lose It! " & this is a storage box I made from a Coffee Mate can. I use this to store all the gizmos & gadgets that came with this really cute little sewing machine I found at the Thirft Store at my church. I think it turned out kinda cute & it looks nice on my shelf. Keep your containers because you never know what you can use it for, for something else!

Wowzer, wasn't Ruthie's banner blog hop a ton of fun yesterday? I had a blast & I am certainly feeling re-energized & totally inspired by all the amazing banner I saw being created.
Today I was in the mood for a easy, peast card & this surely delivers on that! I used the Heartfelt Thanks Stamp Set from Stamipin' Up! & Tempting Turquiose Cardstock & Ink. Gotta love the simplicity & simpleness of this card. I will definately be making some more!

What a day it has been in our home today! As you will see in addition to my purchase of some darling paper packs from Die Cuts With A View (DCWV) we had a major flood at our house. Ugh!!! When it rains, it pours ~ Luckily, our insuurance company responded quickly & clean up at this point is being taken over by the professionals. My scrubby & I worked all night to clean up the water & drying out all that we could. Now the professionals have pulled up carpeting & begun drying the walls & insulation out. I just kept in mind, that these are just material things that can be fixed or replaced & that my family is fine. Even with Thanksgiving right around the corner, we will be home counting our blessings with our children even if the hoouse is torn apart. Hopefully all will be back to normal by Christmas ~
