Episode # 495 ~ Stampin' Up! Love you Lots Girlfriend Card!

Happy Friday Everyone,

  I made it down to my down to my craft room today to make a special thank you card for my sweet friend Maribeth that brought dinner over to my family and I yesterday. It was a massive lasagna dinner complete with meatballs, sausage and two kinds of garlic cheese bread - yum!

  I knew right away I wanted to use the two ladybugs from the adorable Hostess Set called "Love You Lots". I also grabbed for one of my favorite sets "Kinda Eclectic" as I usually do!

  My wish is that she knows how much I truely appreciate her help and know how much I cherish our friendship. Makes me think I might make some Thinking of You cards for some other friends in my life that might just need a little "Hello" from me.

Episode 47 I am Bustin' a Move on "LIVE" w/Regis & Kelly!

Wowza! Has it been six years already since my dancing debut on "LIVE" with Regis and Kelly??? My how time flies. Here we are six years later, living back in Chicago and I am recovering from Appendix Surgery. How crazy is that? 

This little gem popped up on my Facebook Memories and I thought it was fun and wanted to repost it so you could enjoy a giggle! I miss New Jersey and all my really good, good friends - I believe everyone comes into our lives for a certain reason at a certain time. Those gals were like family to me and I will forever be grateful.

Episode #494 ~ Stampin' Up! Kinda Eclectic 4th of July Card!

Happy June 1st Everyone,

  Well, you know what that means - the *NEW* Stampin' Up! Catalog is here, yippee! I have mailed all those that qualified for a Free catalog from me for placing a $50 or more with me in the last six months. If you haven't recieved yours, please let me know.

  As many of you know with my daughter's posting on FB, I had emergency Appendix surgery this past Sunday evening. Not what we had planned for the Memorial Day weekend - blah!

  Hopefully the upcoming 4th of July will prove to be MUCH more fun and hopefully it will be spent out on our pontoon boat. Until then, I am recovering slowly but should be back to normal in about two weeks.

  I was so happy that this beautiful stamp set, Kinda Eclectic carried over to our new catalog! It's an amazing set and I have seen so many different uses with it from Easter to Christmas and everything in-between.

Episode #494 ~ Clay Charm Fun!

Hi there friends,

  OMGoodness - I have been busy in my "Happy" place making the most adorable Clay Charms! It all started when I saw Schell (babytweetums) live chat and she was talking about making some charms. SInce I was working on my M-I-L's Mother's Day gift which is a Recipe/Scrap book, I knew I wanted to add some cute charms as a bookmark for the finishing touch. Well, no one told me how fun and CUTE these little cuties are to make! I can't wait to make more today, but first I have to work on my ShoeBox Swap card for my Stampin' Up! team meeting this Saturday.

Episode #493 ~ *Completed* Mother's Day Recipe/Scrap Book

Happy Wednesday Crafty Friends,

  I wanted to share the finished product of the Recipe/Scrap Book that I made for my M-I-L for Mother's Day. I married into an italian family and my M-I-L comes from Sicily and is a wonderful cook! OMGoodness - here meatball and mosticholli, lasagna, and breshouls (?) are to die for!!! We ahd a fun day a couple weeks ago and she showed my hubby and I how to make her christmas and easter cookies, 10 pounds of everything... can you say cookie overload?!@#$%^&* It was a fun afternoon and our kiddos will get to carry on the tradition that goes back many generations to the old country.
