I've been super busy making lots of decorations and things for our youngest son's Graduation Patry which will be this weekend at our home. I made these really cute Graduation Cap/Hat Party Favors for all of those attending. They were really easy to make but super cute as well, that's my kind of project!
I'll share pictures of all the decorations I have made, I did find this idea on Pinterest and knew I wanted to recreate them
If you follow me on Facebook you know about the sweet momma and daddy Duck that have blessed us with making their home in our yard. I give daily updates on her and the incredible story of her natural love and acceptance of a plastic Easter egg that she found in the yard that blew off one of my Easter decorations.
This incredible creature has brought this bright green plastic egg into her nest alongside of all seven (7) of her real eggs and sits on them all day every day.
A friend, Cathy suggested that I contact the t.v. stations here in Chicago and after giving it some thought I did and ABC Channel 7 News here in Chicago was at our house within a hour! They loved the story, so keep your eye out for it tonight on the 5,6 or 10pm news! They mic''d me up and I shared her sweet story ~
Have a great day,

Woo-Hoo! Who doesn't LOVE a SALE!!! Grab this amazing deal while it last and it won't last long crafty friends. I LOVE to receive and always look forward to getting my Paper Pumkpin Kit each month. Not only are the projects always the cutest, but this months for June is a darling "Donut" themed set of birthday cards. Of course you can always change the kits up to fit whatever you have going on or need and I have used mine in creating adorable scrapbook pages too.
Did I mention that Paper Pumkin also makes a great gift for anyone who loves creating and being unique. It's a true gift from the heart!

Happy Monday, I feel like I haven't shared a video in forever - it's only been a week, but lots is going on in our home and I am in full blown Graduation party mode!
I've been super anxious to play with this beautiful stamp set "Birthday Blossoms" that I have had my eye on for a long, long time. The DSP I used in this video "Succulent Garden" is retiring at the end of May so you only have until the 30th of this month to get your hands on it before it goes away for good.
I hope you give this fabulous fun fold card for yourself and if you do, please share your creation on my The Happy Stamper Facebook page or by using the #thehappystamper
Happy Saturday - I have been in my craft room all day working on Graduation 👨🏻🎓 decorations for our youngest son's party coming up soon.
But, I wanted to share this great idea 💡 to help you manage your Washi tape. It's not my original idea, I have seen several people on YouTube use this method and I wanted to share it all of you too!
Simply put the spools on these inexpensive embroidery hoops that you can find at your local craft store. You can quickly see what you are looking for and it's all neat and tidy - brilliant!
I hope you find this tip helpful... Have a wonderful weekend.
Are you ready for some summer??? I sure am and I miss the Jersey shore SO much! Luckily, I have this adorable new stamp set from the 2017-2018 Stmapin' Up! catalog and it's called "Colorful Seasons". I am crazy about every single stamp in the set, it's a year round collection and also has matching dies for quick and easy cutting out.
The Color Theory Designer Series Paper Collection is another favorite of mine and its super versatile
in your card making as well as scrapbooking. I am anxious to get some pages done this week using it in my pocket pages scrapbooking.
I hope you enjoy this project and I can't wait to share the cards I recieve from the swap I am in with all of you. It's always so fun to see what everyone creates...
Who doens't need birthday cards ALL the time??? I know I do and today I made some fun ones with the Happy Celebrations stamp set from Stampin' Up!
With summer almost here, I had to use fresh and sun shiny colors - doesn't card just scream SUMMER to you? I am so happy with how it turned out and I hope you give this stamp set a try. I really like sets that have sentiments plus images, that's a win-win in my book.
Thanks for taking time to watch my video, I hope you have a great rest of your week - over the hump we go...
I am on my way to our niece's Baby Shower today and I am very excited to see her and give her all the gifts I made for her and little bundle of joy!
I am this darling card using the new "Over The Moon" stamp set from the Occassions Catalog. I totally cased this from a gal in Pinterest, I am posting this while I am in the car (not driving of course) lol but I will try to find her name when I get home so I can give her proper credit.
How many of you remember this great stamp set called "Viola" by Stampin' Up!?
As soon as my daughter asked me to make a Thank You card for the Chef at her sorority house, I knew this was the stamp set I was going to use!
I combine that set as well as the current set "Perfect Pair" from the Occassions Catalog. I hope she likes it and all the girls can sign their names since is a large 5 x 7" card...
Can't forget about making a super cute custom envelope for it ~
WHile that's not really anything to get excited about, I am EXCITED to share the uber cute Lawn Fawn stamp sets with matching dies and even CUTER cards created with them! Just a few things to keep me busy while I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of the *NEW* Stampin' Up! Catalog!!! Everyone will be able to order from it and see all the wonderful new products on June 1st. If you are a S/Up! demonstrator like myself, you were able to Pre-Order some of the goodness today! Of course I was up at 5 am waiting to jump online and get what I wanted incase they sold out. That has happened before and I am in several new catalog swaps coming up and didn't want to miss out.
If you are interested in bible journaling, I also share with you the new Illustrated Faith May Kit "Doodles To Live By" it is sooooo cute and I am sure it's another inspiring devotional study.
