Today I am scrapbooking and reminiscing about our sweet old girl Maggie. She passed over the rainbow bridge a couple years ago but it’s bittersweet to see her happy and enjoying the outdoors.

Today a I have a look through my 2019 December Daily Album that I created during a Home Class that I held here at my home last Saturday. Having this completed and ready for me to just pop my daily photos in makes me so happy and stress-free.
I highly urge you to get your DD set-up and organized before the holidays that way you can enjoy the little things each day and take in all the special moments the holidays offer.
I hope this gives you some ideas and inspiration, it's a great way to set the foundation of our albums and of course I can move things around easily and add bits and bobs if I choose too or keep it exactly the way it is...
I have enjoyed this Christmas 🎄 season soooo much by completing two Advent kits from Illustrated Faith. There is so much goodness in the story of Jesus' birth and the expectation of the arrival of the Holy One!

We had a really fun weekend and a dinner party with old friends from Jr. High!
We love ❤️ to entertain and the best part for me is setting a festive table.
It was all about fall for me and my fabulous hubby made his amazing Mosticholli and Meatballs and I made all the yummy side dishes .

Yep, they are made using this months Paper Pumpkin 🎃 Kit! It is so fantastic and I literally put these together 15 minutes before our guests arrived. I filled the pillow boxes with a variety of delicious chocolates - yum!
I LOVE ❤️ Paper Pumpkin!!! It is so fun to have super cute projects all designed and included in the kit each month. Makes for really enjoyable crafting time with no pressure to "create".

The vial treat holders are devine, but I wanted to create a scrap book layout using my PP products in our Pocket Page format. I reaaly like mixing traditional scrap book designs with Pocket Page layout for double page spreads.

Believe it or not - it's that time of year to start thinking about creating a December Daily Mini Album! I made my first one a few years ago and they really are a wonderful way to remember all that we do in preperation for Christmas Day.
I would love to make a fun class of putting one together with all of you guys. Someone metioned having a LIVE Facebook get-together. What a great idea! Can you believe it's 4th of July weekend already? Yippee!!! I love the 4th and it's also our daughter's birthday weekend too ~ Lots of celebrating will be going on in the Meyer household!
With that comes plenty of photo opportunities and loads of pictures that will go into our annual family scrapbook. Since I am a traditional scrapbooker at heart, I usually create 12 x 12 double page spreads in order to get as many photos on my layout as possible without looking to crowded. Project Life though has become a staple in my everyday scrapbooking as I enjoy combining the two styles into one layout!
Making my own designed paper and pocket cards is really fun and a great way to personalize my layout and make them my own. It's also a great way to use up scrap pieces of cardstock and any extra die cuts I may have laying around from card projects like these that I used here.
My personal challenge for this summer is to get caught up on my albums, I am only up to March of 2015 and it really drives me crazy. I've got a lot to get done but I am determined to make it happen! Why don't you join me? If you are behind and need an extra push - I am challenging YOU to set your mind to it and lets do this together!
